The skiing at Sunday River is tremendous; perfect hiking is available along the Bemis Stream Trail. And if that's not sufficient there's lots more cool things to do in the White Mountains. thing to do around South Arm Campground; Table Rock Trail is a pleasant local trail. South Arm Campground is positioned in the White Mountains. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Old Speck Mountain Trail, and whitewater paddling is splendid on Bear. Some activities here
at South Arm Campground are hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t run out of things to do. Just can't get enough of the White Mountains. You certainly should take a look at Grafton Notch State Park since you're here at South Arm Campground, and Black Brook has a great
whitewater paddling spot close by. This is such a fun site for a campground. There's good hiking along the Bemis Trail, and Rangeley Lake State Park is both splendid and wonderful. The yearly precipitation here at South Arm Campground is about average; through August this area
sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. The positive surroundings and the great massive amount of fun activities beat anything. South Arm Campground is not far at all from East Andover; you can go for a hike on the Angel Falls Trail. It's completely out of
the question to run out of enjoyable stuff to do close to South Arm Campground; if you're trying to find a good place to go for a weekend of camping, this is a great choice. A lot of people stay at South Arm Campground in order to be right next door to Grafton Notch State Park.
So many local attractions and such a vast number of things to do will definitely have you coming back persistently. Summertime highs at South Arm Campground generally tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at South Arm Campground temperatures fall to the-10's.
