There are 70 acres of terrain at New Hermon Mountain, 20% of the ski trails are difficult; those are the ones the skilled skiers enjoy       the most. 80% of the ski trails at New Hermon Mountain are blue and green and appropriate for kids and novices. On nearby Souadabscook Stream you come across a class III+(IV) sweep of whitewater; the Manning Mill Bridge to Hampden   sector is 3.8 miles long. Generally this sweep of Souadabscook Stream is an exciting place for paddling. Whitewater rafting or kayaking could become dangerous, so check the latest conditions ahead of going.
