This is truly a glorious campground. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Quiet Side Campground; Cold Brook Trail is a nice local trail; if you want to hit the beach, Echo Lake Beach is in close proximity. Outdoors
recreation is bountiful, some of the exciting stuff you can do is hiking, fishing, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so it's totally impossible to get bored. This campground is so beautiful. Marshall Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to; don't leave
without going to Lamoine State Park.
For the duration of the summer months at Quiet Side Campground temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Quiet Side Campground.
