Northport Travel Park, Maine

A good site for whitewater paddling next to Northport Travel Park is Ducktrap River; Moose Point State Park is a splendid place to stretch your legs a bit. On a good day at Northport Travel Park you can take a hike along the Mount Battie Trail, and a day at Pebble Beach is time well spent.

Northport Travel Park is a wet place that gets much precipitation; the wettest month of the year is mostly November, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of
    the months is July. Goose River is a tremendous whitewater spot next to Northport Travel Park, and when you're here it's always fun to stop at Camden Hills State Park. Northport Travel Park is a very popular campground with people of Belfast.

but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Northport Travel Park. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Marsh Stream; a great swamp in the neighborhood of Northport Travel Park is Herricks Bog. Going for a hike along the Spring Brook Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Camden.

If the weather is perfect here at Northport Travel Park, you can go for a hike along the Mount Megunticook Trail, and Knight Pond is a nearby lake that you could go to.
