  As if Mainayr Campground wasn't enough, you can also go fishing, whitewater paddling, swimming, and hiking, so it's just not possible to get bored. This place, Mainayr Campground, it clearly has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. The Alder Path Trail offers hiking at its best, and Acadia National Park is a very tremendous location to stop at. Alright, it's been too much time since you went outside, time has come to get out, and Mainayr Campground is a wonderful local campground if you happen to be in Maine.
This campground is always a bliss. Have
    a splendid hiking adventure along the Precipice Trail; if you're here why not visit Pop Island Ledge. The workforce who's always there to help out and all the fun things to do are quite incredible. Maine Acadian Culture is one of the destinations close to Mainayr Campground that
are fine to go to, and there are some nice whitewater spots on Pleasant River.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Mainayr Campground a wet location; November is the month that gets the most rain; August on the other hand is the driest. During the summer months highs here at Mainayr Campground reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Mainayr Campground temperatures plunge to the 10's. Lots of people stay here to be in close
 
proximity to Jordan Beach.
Lamoine State Park is a perfect place, and do take a hike on the Great Head Trail. Beaches are splendid; and Jordan Beach in the vicinity of Mainayr Campground is no exception, and Clay Cove is very near and is a wonderful site to take a look at.
Why not take a refreshing hike along the Schoodic Head Trail, and glide down the rapids of Narraguagus River in a kayak. This is such a fun spot for a campground. East Steuben Dam has pleasant water scenery and it's in the vicinity of Mainayr Campground, and during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Steuben for sure.
The magnificent local attractions and the magnificent variety of outdoors recreation are fine motives to come. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Mainayr Campground; The Anvil Trail is a great local trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Narraguagus River - West Branch offers some good whitewater.
With such a large number of things to do in Maine you'll never get bored. But wait, there's more to do in close proximity to Mainayr Campground. Mainayr Campground is an old favorite with the residents of Steuben.
