Here at Loon's Cry Campground you'll perhaps meet some people from Warren, and get yourself into a kayak and hit St. George River. Take a little spree to Back River if you're here at Loon's Cry Campground, and a tour to Damariscotta Lake State Park when you're here is never a bad idea.
There's loads of outdoors recreation available close by such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do. Famous Maine kindness and lots of cool things to do are in themselves
    motive enough to come here. Going for a hike on the Mount Megunticook Trail is always a splendid adventure, and Warren Sawmill Pond Dam is a place that is in the neighborhood of Loon's Cry Campground.

This is a glorious campground. Near Loon's Cry Campground you stumble on the Hockomock Nature Trail which is a great hiking trail, and there's whitewater on Sheepscot River for all you adrenaline people.
