Reid State Park when you're here at Little Ponderosa Campground is a great idea, and the friendly folks of Boothbay like to hang out nearby. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. A quick visit to Campbell Creek next to Little Ponderosa Campground is a
good idea, and enjoy a round of golf at Wawenock Country Club. In Maine you never run out of outdoors fun stuff. Little Ponderosa Campground is not the only site nearby, Adams Pond is a nearby lake. This campground is so delightful. A wonderful site for whitewater paddling
in the neighborhood of Little Ponderosa Campground is Damariscotta River, and visiting Popham Beach State Park is a great thing to do. Little Ponderosa Campground is right next door to Adams Pond Dam which is a beautiful location beyond doubt worth visiting, and McFarland Point is reasonably close.
