Get drenched paddling on Penobscot River - East Branch, and why not stop at Mill Pond Dam while you're here. It's really unhealthy to spend all your time indoors; you have to get out from time to time, and Lakeside Camping in Maine is such a perfect site. Maine is a perfect outdoors state. This is a magnificent campground. Take a side journey to Cambolasse Stream, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Shore Road Trail. Lakeside Camping is to be found in a region with loads of amusing stuff to do, and it is a very perfect campground. All through the warmest time of the year at Lakeside Camping highs are usually in the 70's, and the overnight   is quite colder of course, mostly in the 50's. Highs through the winter are frequently in the 20's; night lows at Lakeside Camping during the winter generally descend into the 0's.
