Camp Eaton is a pretty wet place mostly with much rain; November is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is January. Maine is a magnificent place for campers.
Summer
| brings highs in the 80's to Camp Eaton. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 30's; nighttime lows during the wintertime for Camp Eaton tend to be in the 10's.
Lots of people choose this campground through their tour to Long Beach. If you're here at Camp Eaton, do take a visit to Prebbles Point; people from York love to come here. Don't leave Camp Eaton without first checking out Dover Bluff, and a brilliant spot for whitewater paddling is Atlantic Ocean.

perfect choice of local attractions, and the perfect variety of outdoors recreation will without doubt have you coming back over and over.
You must without doubt check out pretty Short Sands while you're here at Camp Eaton; a great spot like Odiorne State Park is too glorious
to leave out. Camp Eaton is a very well loved campground by the people from York. Camp Eaton is positioned in an area with loads of enjoyable stuff to do, and spending time at this campground is extremely enjoyable.
If you like swamps, you're in luck, Bridges Swamp is right
close by. Why not stop by close by Little River if you're here at Camp Eaton, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little River. Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the cool stuff you can do is swimming, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so in all probability you want to stay a bit.
