| stop by; you can distinguish Flood Mountain from Zilpo Camp Ground. This campground has so many cool things to offer. Spring Grove Lakes is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and a golf course nearby is Eagle Trace Golf Course. If you're dropping by Zilpo Camp Ground from Salt Lick, you won't be the only one; there's pleasant hiking along the Hog Pen Trail. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Zilpo Camp Ground, too pleasant to be true. Drift down the rapids of Red River in a kayak, and you can go for a hike on the Buck Branch Trail.

Ground gets a good deal of water; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while January is regularly the driest month. McGulley Branch is one of the streams nearby that might be worth checking out; don't leave Zilpo Camp Ground without first going for a hike along
the Cross Over Trail. Good hiking is available along the Cave Run Trail, and an afternoon playing golf at Carrington Green Golf Course is always a bliss.
All through the warmest time of the year at Zilpo Camp Ground temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and all through summer
nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's while Zilpo Camp Ground overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. If you crave a little side spree, try Campbell Hollow. This campground is so good. A tour to Blue Licks Battlefield State Park revives the spirit, and going for a hike on the Carrington Rock Trail is always a good adventure.
