Zilpo is positioned in a neighborhood with lots of exciting stuff to do, and it's one of those places where everything is tremendous. Alright, it's been too much time since you went outside, it's time to go camping, and Zilpo is a tremendous local campground if you happen to be in Kentucky. campground. Going to Blue Licks Battlefield State Park near Zilpo is a brilliant thing to do, and Southwind Golf Course is a perfect golf course nearby. Going for a camping trip here in Kentucky is something you should do. All the jolly people and the well taken care of facilities
| are reason enough to come here. There are some nice whitewater spots on Jouett Creek, and lots of folks from Winchester come here. So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation will make you happy you came. You completely have to love Zilpo. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Sportland Golf Course is in the neighborhood. While you're here at Zilpo, you could also visit picturesque Winchester Reservoir, and drift down the rapids of Four Mile Creek in a kayak. at Zilpo is a great idea, and if you come at the right time of year, Howard's Creek offers some nice whitewater. A number of folks stay at Zilpo to be in close proximity to Fort Boonesborough State Park. Zilpo gets much water; most of the rain falls through July, and October
meanwhile is the driest month. All through the summertime here at Zilpo, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's while nighttime lows are usually in the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Zilpo tend to be in the 20's.
