Any time is a perfect time at Pine Mountain State Park if you go for the outdoors. Hiking along the Redbird Crest Trail is delightful fun; why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Pine Mountain State Resort Park Wasioto Winds Golf Course. A good spot like Pine Mountain
 
State Park next to Pine Mountain State Park is too delightful to leave out, and a fine place to pop by close by is Pogue Hollow.
There are so many exciting things to do near Pine Mountain State Park, and spending time at this campground is fantastically enjoyable. Pack your camping stuff and head for the campground; Pine Mountain State Park in Kentucky is a really glorious site to spend some time. At Pine Mountain State Park through the long summer days highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 60's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Pine Mountain State Park.
In Kentucky you never run out of outdoors exciting things. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Ridge Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Cumberland River - Clear Fork. Pine Mountain State Park is prized by the folks from Flat Lick.
