Going for a hike on the Whittleton Branch Trail is always a great adventure, and Lago Linda Resort is next to Natural Bridge State Park which is a beautiful site. High temperatures at Lago Linda Resort during the long summer days are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lago Linda Resort are in the 10's.

Near Lago Linda Resort you hit upon magnificent locations like Hatton Hollow, and a pretty lake like Mill Creek Lake is a good place to stop at. There's splendid hiking along the Auxier Branch Trail; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Red River. The tremendous people who operate this
spot and the enormously satisfactorily operated facilities are pretty mind-boggling. Lago Linda Resort gets lots of water; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; October is the month with the least moisture.
