Fox Valley Recreation Area is a wet site that gets a good deal of rain; May is the month that gets the most rain; the driest of the months is October. Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the enjoyable stuff you can do is hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's impossible to get bored. Hiking is a popular |
thing to do around Fox Valley Recreation Area; Buckskin Trail is a great local trail; if you come at the right time of year, Red River offers some nice whitewater.
The friendly reception and all the good passtime activities makes the tour here worthwhile. A visit to Kentucky

This campground is a gorgeous place to stop by. Adams Lake State Park is a magnificent location to stretch your legs a bit.

is a good location to explore, and places like Carter Caves State Park are magnificent to check out. There are brilliant locations to discover along the Shellow Flats Wildlife Trail; people from Wallingford love to come here. The great variety of local attractions and the close
by outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back again and again.
Fox Valley Recreation Area is a popular spot with people of Wallingford. Good hiking is available along the Hog Pen Trail, and glide down the rapids of Tygarts Creek in a kayak.
