Woodland Acres is a very popular campground with the people from Kansas City. Golf can be played at River Oaks Golf Club; Woodland Acres is right next door to Weston Bend State Park which is a charming location. If only every location had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great earth it would be. Playing golf is lots of fun at Sunflower Hills Golf Course, and Hillsdale Lake is a good place to stretch |

Woodland Acres is a good place of common precipitation; May is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. The cheerful people of Kansas City like to hang out close by, and whitewater paddling is good on Kansas River. Creek if you're here, and paddling on Blue River is so much fun. Kansas has so much to offer nature lovers. For the period of the summertime at Woodland Acres highs are usually in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures all through the wintertime
are normally in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Woodland Acres. So much cool stuff near Woodland Acres, and it's one of those sites where everything is wonderful.
