This campground is a nice site to explore. Weston Bend State Park is a good location to stop by, and golf can be played at Falcon Lakes Golf Course. The good pick of local attractions, and such an incredible array of things to do are certain to keep you coming back over and over.
Hillsdale Lake is a good spot, and if you come at the right time of year, Kansas River offers some tremendous whitewater.
Cottonwood Camping is a good place of typical rainfall; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February.
