Lakes are glorious; Coralville Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Colony Country Camp Grounds; Colony Country Camp Grounds is a location with many visitors from North Liberty. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Colony Country Camp Grounds. Once the sun
| is down it drops down to the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are commonly in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Colony Country Camp Grounds are in the 0's. This campground is so delightful. A wonderful site like Lake Macbride State Park in the vicinity of Colony Country Camp Grounds is too fine to leave out, and enjoy a round of golf at Quail Creek Golf Course. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Cedar River, and Elks Country Club is a glorious golf course close by.

State Park Trail is glorious fun, and a round of golf at nearby Lake Macbride Golf Course is a magnificent way to kill some time. Just can't get enough of Colony Country Camp Grounds. A quick trip to Deer Creek in close proximity to Colony Country Camp Grounds is a great idea;
a journey to Palisades-Kepler State Park is a good idea.
Colony Country Camp Grounds gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; the wettest month of the year is generally June, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is January.
