You're sure to stumble upon some great people from Altoona here, and a golf course nearby is Grand View Golf Club. Through the long summer days highs here at Adventurland Campground reach the 80's while overnight lows are regularly in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 20's; through the dark hours in the winter at Adventurland Campground temperatures plunge to the 0's. This campground has   so many cool things to offer. Get wet paddling on Raccoon River, and Terrace Hills Golf Course is a golf course nearby. Adventurland Campground is a good site of normal rainfall; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is January. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Get yourself into a kayak and hit White Breast Creek. A tour to Adventurland Campground wouldn’t be complete without a spree to nearby Walnut Woods State Park, and close to Adventurland Campground you find a golf course called Copper Creek Golf Course.
