| | Eager to pitch that tent; Hardin Ridge in Indiana is the outdoors at its best. There are so many entertaining things right next door to Hardin Ridge, and it is a very good campground.
Some activities here at Hardin Ridge are relaxing, and whitewater paddling, so there's no way to get bored. Lincoln State Park is a magnificent place to go if you're at Hardin Ridge, and paddling on Rough River is so much fun.

here at Hardin Ridge get into the 80's; the nighttime is rather colder of course, mostly in the 60's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's; night lows in the 20's for Hardin Ridge.
You'll meet a lot of people from Tell City here, and unsurprisingly Little
| Windy Creek is a wonderful stream that is worth taking a look at.
If you are in Indiana all through camping season, you have to go camping. Hardin Ridge gets a good deal of water; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This campground is so scenic. Don't leave Hardin Ridge without popping by Hoosier National Forest.
