Through the warmest   time of the year highs here at Ashmoore Campground reach the 80's with night lows in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; night lows at Ashmoore Campground all through the wintertime generally drop into the 10's. Harrod's Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot close by; obviously Sting Brook is a scenic stream that is worth a visit.
