As if Enchanted Shores wasn't sufficient, you can also go swimming, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so most likely you want to stick around. The winter comes with highs in the 20's; nighttime lows at Enchanted Shores all through the winter typically dip into the 10's. Alright, it's time for camping, or what do you think? Enchanted Shores is a tremendous local campground if you happen to be in Illinois. This campground is so pleasant. What would winter be without some skiing at Four Lakes, and a great location like Mazonia-Braidwood Wildlife Area is too great to leave out.

Canal National Heritage Corridor is a national park worth visiting; folks from Manteno love to come here. The splendid selection of local attractions, and all the outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came. The workforce of this tremendous campground and the well maintained facilities are pretty incredible.
Get wet paddling on Des Plaines.
