The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Cedar Lakes while night lows are usually in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Cedar Lakes are in the 10's.   You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. If you come at the right time of year, Bear Creek offers some pleasant whitewater, and nearby you come across the Crabapple Trail which is a good hiking trail. Cedar Lakes is a popular spot with campers from Coatsburg. From a rainfall point of view Cedar Lakes is a rather typical place; July is when you get the most rain here while February is generally the driest month. There's more to do in the vicinity of Cedar Lakes other than just hanging out such as playing golf, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so running out of entertaining stuff to do won’t happen.
