Bayou Bluffs, Illinois   There is so much entertaining stuff to do in the neighborhood of Bayou Bluffs, and to be at this campground is always fun. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bailey Creek; do stop at Ida Creek if you're here at Bayou Bluffs. The staff of this glorious campground and the brilliant huge amount of fun activities have folks coming from near and far. A visit to Illinois is not complete without some camping. Get your pulse rate up on the brilliant whitewater of Covel Creek, and if you're popping by from Cornell,     you won't be the only one. Ok, you've been cooped up too long, you have to get out of the house, and Bayou Bluffs in Illinois is the outdoors at its greatest. The surroundings of this campground have such a great deal of things to offer. Illini State Park is a great site, and a wonderful spot for whitewater paddling is Vermilion River. So many local attractions and the good variety of outdoors recreation will make you glad you came. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the amusing stuff you can do is whitewater paddling, and relaxing, so running out of entertaining stuff to do won’t happen. A typical amount of rain falls here at Bayou Bluffs; most of the rain falls during May, and February on the other hand is the driest. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at   Bayou Bluffs. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's.
