| | A campground like this is too brilliant to miss. Very magnificent water scenery is available at Valier Lake Dam near Bates Campground. Summertime highs at Bates Campground usually tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Bates Campground dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights.
You're almost certainly interested in lakes, Mine Number 21 Reservoir is one of those close by; you'll meet a lot of folks from Valier here.
