Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Salmon River, and a tour to Winchester Lake State Park revives the soul. Throughout the warm months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Sundown RV Park. During the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Sundown RV Park plunge into the 20's. The personnel that operates this campground and the ably kept up facilities are in themselves motive enough to come here. It's been too much time since you went outside, you've got to get out of the house, and Sundown RV Park, Idaho is a great spot for getting out.
