Pebble Creek is a very popular ski area close at hand; if you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Portneuf River. The warmest time of the year at River's Edge comes with high temperatures in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with temperatures at River's Edge dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. It's a fine idea to take a look at Dempsey Creek, it's near River's Edge, and you're sure to come across some great folks from Lava Hot Springs here. Now, you may imagine that's lots but there's even more cool stuff   to do here at River's Edge. River's Edge is a very popular old favorite campground among folks from Lava Hot Springs. The pleasant people working here and the splendid abundance of fun activities have people coming here. If you come to this campground, you will have a great time for sure. You can see Mount Moh from River's Edge; River's Edge is right next door to Beach Hollow which is positively worth taking a look at.
