| | There are so many fun things to do in the vicinity of Rainbow Point, and it is a glorious campground. Coming to this campground is always a great idea. Threemile Creek is near Rainbow Point and is always a delight to explore, and paddling on Mores Creek is so much fun. Rainbow Point gets very little rain; during November this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is July. Some activities here at Rainbow Point are playing golf, fishing, hiking, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so running out of cool things to do won’t happen.

| Club. Any time is a good time at Rainbow Point if you love the outdoors. Lucky Peak State Park is both good and pretty, and it's in close proximity to Rainbow Point, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the Hulls Gulch Nature Trail. You'll come across a pretty lake called Lake Elmore near Rainbow Point, and whitewater paddling is delightful on Grimes Creek.

Eagle Island State Park is a pleasant place to check out on a beautiful day, and in case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Payette River.
Rainbow Point
is esteemed by the folks in Boise. During the warmest time of the year, highs regularly are in the 90's at Rainbow Point. Through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here
at Rainbow Point. This campground is so picturesque. For you golfers we recommend nearby Hillcrest Country Club.
The staff who's always there to be of assistance and all the good passtime activities attract people from far and near.
