Creek. Float down the rapids of Grimes Creek in a kayak, and Eagle Island State Park is a delightful place any time of year. There's such a large number of things to do at Park Creek including whitewater paddling, hiking, fishing, swimming, and playing golf, so it's impossible
to get bored. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Park Creek; Hulls Gulch Nature Trail is a great local trail, and enjoy a round of golf at Indian Lakes Public Golf Club. The good variety of local attractions and the good variety of outdoors recreation are nice reasons to come.
