People from Twin Falls love to come to Lower Penstemon. Lower Penstemon is a location that is relatively   dehydrated typically. May is the wettest month with most rain, and July is when it's the driest. At Lower Penstemon through the summertime months highs are in the 80's, and the overnight is a tad cooler of course, generally in the 50's.
