    everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Payette River - Middle Fork. Boise National Forest is a wonderful spot to have a look at on a beautiful day, and hiking along the Campbell Trail is brilliant fun.

themselves cause enough to come here. If you've got cabin fever from too much time inside, No need to worry; Lake Cascade State Park, Idaho is a wonderful place for getting out. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Salmon River Mountains. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can stop by Cascade Dam; drift down the rapids of Payette River - North Fork in a kayak.
Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Lake Cascade State Park. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs
 
in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Lake Cascade State Park. Going for a hike along the Campbell Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and there are other sites here than Lake Cascade State Park, for example Calendar Reservoir. Crown Point is clearly visible from Lake Cascade State Park; nearby you stumble on the Blue Lake Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail.
You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Salmon River Mountains. If you come at the right time of year, Payette River - North Fork offers some splendid whitewater, and why not a little side trip to Grandmas Creek. Loads of people stay at this campground when they come to explore Cascade State Park.
Lake Cascade State Park is a top choice with people of Cascade. This camp ground is one of the great places to camp here in the Salmon River Mountains. So many exciting things in close proximity to Lake Cascade State Park; to be at this place is always fun.
The yearly rain here at Lake Cascade State Park is about average; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily January, that's the one that snows the most; July is the month with the least moisture. This is such a magnificent campground. The Wilson Creek Trail is a delightful hiking trail near Lake Cascade State Park; visiting Cascade State Park is a fine thing to do.
There's more to do close to Lake Cascade State Park other than just hanging out such as swimming, hiking, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so running out of cool things to do won’t happen.
