| | So many local attractions and such a magnificent variety of outdoors recreation will beyond doubt have you coming back repeatedly. Dog Creek is fantastically well esteemed by folks from Boise. During the summertime months here at Dog Creek, high temperatures mostly reach the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Dog Creek.

is so beautiful. Head up to Bogus Basin and strap some skis to your feet, and you can run the rapids of Mores Creek. This is beyond doubt a good campground. Near Dog Creek you come across a golf course called Indian Lakes Public Golf Club.

| at Dog Creek, too wonderful to be true. Get your heart beating on the glorious whitewater of Grimes Creek, and enjoy a round of golf at Hillcrest Country Club. Some folks pick this campground in order to be in close proximity to Eagle Island State Park. Lucky Peak State Park is a great spot; of course Threemile Creek is a delightful stream that is worth taking a look at.

is hiking, fishing, playing golf, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so probably you want to stay a while. Dog Creek is frequently a relatively dried up site; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Camping out sure is a great thing to do, and Dog Creek is a delightful local campground if you happen to be in Idaho. Idaho is a delightful spot for campers. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Payette River, and Dog Creek is not the only
site nearby, Lake Elmore is a nearby lake.
Places like Eagle Island State Park are delightful to visit; if you're dropping by from Boise City-Nampa, you won't be the only one.
Going for a hike on the Hulls Gulch Nature Trail is always a great adventure, and while you're here you can play some golf at Boise Ranch Golf Course.
