Lake; good hiking is available along the Fall Creek Trail. This camp ground is situated in the wonderful Salmon River Mountains.
There's so many things to do at Cold Springs Campground including hiking, playing golf, whitewater paddling, fishing, and swimming, so getting bored
is not something that is likely to happen. And if you're still looking for more outdoors enjoyable stuff just keep reading. North Beach is right next door to Cold Springs Campground and is a lovely beach to stop by; why not take a refreshing hike along the Donnelly Trail. There's
splendid hiking along the Louie Lake Trail, and do schedule some time to stop at Wagon Wheel Bay if you have a chance.
Cascade State Park is a pleasant location to go to, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Cold Springs Campground; Box Lake Trail is a tremendous local
trail. At Cold Springs Campground you don’t see much rain; all through December this area sees the most snow while July is typically the driest month. This is such a wonderful campground. If you're here at Cold Springs Campground, you could stop at Williams Creek, and whitewater paddling is fine on Payette River - North Fork.
In Idaho you never run out of outdoors enjoyable stuff.
