Spokane River is a perfect whitewater spot right next door to Coeur D'Alene North - Hayden Lake Koa, and if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the English Point National Recreation Trail. Rimrock is beautiful and can be observed from Coeur D'Alene North - Hayden Lake Koa; you'll hit upon a gorgeous lake called Alpine Lake. Coeur D'Alene North - Hayden Lake Koa is a good spot of normal rain; the month with most of the snow is December, and the driest month is July.
