Baumgartner Campground - Sawtooth National Forest, Idaho   The positive surroundings and all the fun stuff to do are in themselves reason enough to come here. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Big Wood River, and Canyon Springs Golf Course is a fine golf course nearby. Not much rain falls here at Baumgartner Campground; November is the wettest month with most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. This campground is so pleasant. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Snake River, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Magic     Mountain. Baumgartner Campground is esteemed by visitors from Twin Falls. Everybody needs to go camping now and then, and Baumgartner Campground is a tremendous local campground if you happen to be in Idaho. With such an incredible array of things to do in Idaho you'll never get bored. At Baumgartner Campground all through the long summer days highs are in the 90's while night lows are ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Baumgartner Campground. Do pay a visit to Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument while you're here at Baumgartner Campground. Everybody loves Niagara Springs State Park; there are plenty of folks from Twin Falls here at Baumgartner Campground.
