A tour to Eagle Island State Park when you're here at Amanita is never a bad idea; since you're here and you like golf, you can explore Plantation Country Club. The great local attractions and the close by outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back many times. Amanita is typically a quite dried out location; most of the rain falls through November, and July meanwhile is the driest month.

This campground is so great.
Float down the rapids of Payette River in a kayak, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Hulls Gulch Nature Trail. This is such a great campground. If you come at the right time of year, Mores Creek offers some splendid whitewater.
