When you're here at Sleepy Hollow Campground it's always fun to stop by Moccasin Creek State Park, and the Whitly Gap Trail is a perfect hiking trail close by. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Sky Lake is a glorious lake next to Sleepy Hollow Campground, and golf can be played     at Innsbruck Resort & Golf Club. So many local attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back again and again. This spot, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors fun stuff. Really great skiing awaits you at Sky Valley, and if you want to visit some interesting stuff, visit Grimes Nose. Quite a lot of exciting things to do close to Sleepy Hollow Campground, and to be here is good fun any time. The Blue Ridge Mountains scenery is always delightful. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Unicoi State Park is both nice and stunning, and it's close to Sleepy Hollow Campground, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Chattahoochee Trail. As if Sleepy Hollow Campground wasn't enough, you can also go swimming, fishing, hiking,   whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so you won’t run out of things to do. Camping in Georgia is such a fun activity. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff in the vicinity of Sleepy Hollow Campground. The peak of Macks Mountain can be observed from Sleepy Hollow Campground, and close by you find the Arkaquah Trail which is a fine hiking trail. Sleepy Hollow Campground sees pretty high levels of rain; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest month of the year is October. A quick trip to McClure Creek in the vicinity of Sleepy Hollow Campground is a brilliant idea; there are some perfect whitewater spots on Mud Creek. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Sleepy Hollow Campground, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Highs through the winter are generally in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Sleepy Hollow Campground. This campground is so great. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Chattahoochee River; since you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Sautee Nacoochee. Sleepy Hollow Campground is a very well liked campground by folks of Sautee Nacoochee. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater of Moccasin Creek, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. Get your sleeping bag packed and get your wheels rolling; Sleepy Hollow Campground is a good local campground if you happen to be in Georgia. Sky Lake Dam is a place that is close to Sleepy Hollow Campground, and you can have a glorious hiking adventure along the Raven Cliff Falls Trail.
