Chatuge Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Arkaquah Trail. Lake Chatuge Campground is one of the locations to camp here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. A campground like this is too delightful to miss. Harris Cove is right here at Lake Chatuge Campground; if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Chattahoochee Trail. There's more to do close to Lake Chatuge Campground other than just hanging out such as fishing, playing golf, whitewater paddling, swimming, and hiking, so perhaps you want to stay a bit. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Lake Chatuge Campground. Looking for some flowing water? Try Sutton Branch, and a splendid place like Chattahoochee National Forest is too great to leave out. Throughout the summer here at Lake Chatuge Campground, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Lake Chatuge Campground.
