Going to Chattahoochee National Forest in     the vicinity of Jenny's Creek Campground is a great thing to do, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Chattahoochee Trail. Summertime at Jenny's Creek Campground comes with high temperatures in the 80's while overnight lows are regularly in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Jenny's Creek Campground fall into the 20's. Jenny's Creek Campground is a wet location that gets a large amount of rain; during March this area sees the most rain; October is the month with the least moisture. For you golfers we recommend close by Innsbruck Resort & Golf Club. This is in fact a fine campground. A great place for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Jenny's Creek Campground is Dodd Creek; going for a hike on the DeSoto Falls   Trail is always a pleasant adventure. Now, you may believe that's loads but there's even more enjoyable things to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Jenny's Creek Campground is not far at all from Cleveland, and the Appalachian National Scenic Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. And if that's not sufficient there's loads more fun things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. There's whitewater on Chestatee River for all you adrenaline junkies, and a spree to Unicoi State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. Joes Branch is near Jenny's Creek Campground and is always a pleasure to check out; if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Whitly Gap Trail. So much cool stuff to do at Jenny's Creek Campground, so little time. Very great water scenery is available at Tallhurst Lake Dam near Jenny's Creek Campground; on a great day you can take a hike along the Raven Cliff Falls Trail. This campground is so charming. Get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Tesnatee Creek, and there are other locations here than Jenny's Creek Campground, for example Lake Qualatchee.
