Such a good selection of attractions and such a good variety of outdoors recreation are delightful reasons to come. Summertime at Camp Otaki arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Camp Otaki temperatures plunge to the 20's. Camp Otaki is a wet place that gets much rain; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and September meanwhile is the driest month. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Snow River; the good people of Hartwell   like to hang out nearby. This campground has so much.
