  The good variety of local attractions and the good variety of outdoors recreation will make you glad you came. Yeah, come here to Brookside Camp Ground for a fine time. You're probably keen on lakes, Lake Qualatchee is one of those nearby, and the Appalachian National Scenic Trail offers hiking at its best. Brookside Camp Ground is a reasonably wet place generally with a great deal of precipitation; during the month of March you get the most rain around here, and October is when it's the driest. A campground like this is too magnificent to miss. Places like
    Unicoi State Park are great to take a look at, and great hiking is available along the Whitly Gap Trail.
Chattahoochee National Forest is a pleasant spot to stretch your legs a bit, and some of the water close by flows, like Joes Branch. All the merry people and the huge number
of entertaining stuff to do have folks coming from all over.
And that's not all you can do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. At Brookside Camp Ground you always meet someone from Cleveland, and a great spot for whitewater paddling is Dodd Creek. So much enjoyable stuff in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just mind-blowing. There's great hiking along the Raven Cliff Falls Trail; you can run the rapids of Tesnatee Creek.
Brookside Camp Ground is positioned in a neighborhood with lots of entertaining stuff to do; campgrounds like these are magnificent.

Lots of folks pick this campground so they can go to Chattahoochee National Forest. Summertime highs at Brookside Camp Ground mostly tend to be in the 80's while night lows are generally in the 60's. All through the wintertime highs are commonly in the 40's, and overnight lows at Brookside Camp Ground throughout the wintertime generally sink into the 20's.
This campground is so magnificent. Tallhurst Lake Dam is delightful and it's next to Brookside Camp Ground, and do take a hike on the DeSoto Falls Trail. The Blue Ridge Mountains scenery is always delightful. If you love the outdoors, you won’t be saddened; there's swimming, fishing, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's completely out of the question to get bored.
