| here. Wilderness Lake is fantastically popular with people of Willington. Wilderness Lake gets a good deal of water; through May this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is February.
Take a side tour to Keene Brook, and Bigelow Hollow State Park is a stunning site any time of year. This is a popular location for folks from Willington, and playing golf is lots of fun at Skungamaug River Golf Club. The good variety of local attractions and such a good variety of outdoors recreation are fine reasons to come.

This campground is so good. Paddling on Salmon River is so much fun.
