from Winsted here, and not far from White Pines Campground you'll come across Gaylord Pond which is a charming lake. A splendid place for whitewater paddling right next door to White Pines Campground is Sandy Brook River; at White Pines Campground you can make out Wallens Hill.
The welcoming ambiance and the pleasant huge amount of fun activities have people coming from near and far. That right there is plenty already, but it carries on; White Pines Campground has it all. Robertsville Dam is worth stopping at if you're here, and splendid hiking is
available along the Richard Trail. Sandy Brook is a brilliant place to go to, and you unquestionably have to stop by Burr Pond State Park while you're here. And that's not all you can do here at White Pines Campground. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for
you then we recommend Still River, and there are perfect spots to explore along the Mattatuck Trail. The Link Trail offers hiking at its best; White Pines Campground is right next door to John A. Minetto State Park which is a picturesque place. How long has it been since you
went for a camping trip? White Pines Campground in Connecticut is a nice selection. A good deal of rain falls at White Pines Campground; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and January on the other hand is the driest.
