This campground is so delightful. A lake close by is Staffordville Reservoir, and Bigelow Hollow State Park is a brilliant place to go. For the period of the warmest time of the year at Roaring Brook Campground highs are regularly in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Highs through the wintertime are generally in the 30's with temperatures at Roaring Brook Campground dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
