for whitewater paddling close to River Bend Campground is Quinebaug River, and do take a hike on the Walkabout Trail. River Bend Campground is a place with many visitors from Oneco, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater
paddling on Clear and Branch. The skiing at Yawgoo Valley is fine; Quaddick State Park is a pretty place any time of year.
Have a great hiking adventure along the Narragansett Trail, and hiking along the Munyan Trail is great fun. For the duration of the days of summer here

River has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by, and Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is a wonderful local destination. Loads of folks camp here for the purpose of being in the vicinity of Hopeville Pond State Park.
