Hiking is a popular thing to do around Mohawk Campground; Wild Cat Trail is a pleasant local trail; Black Spruce Bog is a swamp near Mohawk Campground.
Coming to this campground is always a good idea. This campground is a good place to go to. The skiing at Mohawk Mountain is fine, and if you're here you can play some golf at Stonybrook Golf Course. Mohawk Campground is a relatively wet place ordinarily with lots of rainfall; during the month of August you get the most rain around here; the driest month is February.
