Highs during the wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's while Hide-a-way Cove Campground overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. Any time is a pleasant time at Hide-a-way Cove Campground if you love the outdoors. Half Hill Brook is a stream that you may bump into while here, and if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Quinebaug River.
The workforce that controls this campground and the brilliant facilities makes the journey here worthwhile. Everybody loves Quaddick State Park, and paddling on Clear and Branch is so much fun.
