Vega, Colorado   The friendly reception and the fantastically skillfully operated facilities are a great draw for loads of people. The great local attractions and so many things to do are sure to keep you coming back persistently. Going to Vega State Park next to Vega is a delightful thing to do, and the top of Red Mountain is easily made out from Vega. During the long summer days, highs typically are in the 80's at Vega while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 0's     for Vega. Going camping for a couple of days here in Colorado is something you should do. Vega is a location that is reasonably dried out ordinarily; the month with most of the rain is August while June is generally the driest month. A tour to   Grand Mesa National Forest when you're here at Vega is never a bad idea, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Kimball Creek Trail. This campground has so unbelievably much. Lots of folks from Collbran come to Vega, and going for a hike on the Cache Creek Trail is always a great adventure. There is so much exciting stuff near Vega, and it's always fun to be here. Everybody close by loves skiing at Powderhorn; while you're here, you might as well check out Smalley Gulch. Get your pulse rate up on the tremendous whitewater of Kannah Creek, and there is a magnificent hiking trail nearby called the Bald Mountain Trail. Vega is fantastically well esteemed by folks in Collbran.
