River Fork Camper Park, San Juan and Jemez Mountains, Colorado   Alright, you've been indoors for too much time, it's time to go camping; River Fork Camper Park in Colorado is just the place. There's whitewater on Henson Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers; there is a fine hiking trail nearby called the Cebolla Trail. Such a wonderful choice of attractions and so much stuff to do are tremendous reasons to come. The San Juan and Jemez Mountains scenery is always scenic. River Fork Camper Park is a location that is reasonably waterless     mostly; through the month of August you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest. All year is a great time in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains if you have a thing about the outdoors. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Kendall Mountain is next to River Fork Camper Park; there are some glorious whitewater spots on Rio Grande. The people who care for the campground and all the exciting things to do makes the spree here worthwhile. On a nice day at River Fork Camper Park you can take a hike along the Long Ridge Stock Driveway, and close by you stumble on the Rough Creek Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. This campground is a scenic location to pop by. This is such a fun location for a campground. Going for a hike on the McKenzie Stock Driveway is always a fine adventure, and whitewater paddling   is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Lake Fork Gunnison River. Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the fun stuff you can do is hiking, swimming, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t get bored. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Lakes? Sure, Regan Lake is in the vicinity; if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Fern Creek Stock Driveway. Visit Kitty Creek if you're here at River Fork Camper Park, and San Juan National Forest is a great site to pop by. Outdoors people generally have a thing about this sector of Colorado. Summer at River Fork Camper Park comes with high temperatures in the 70's with overnight lows in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at River Fork Camper Park.
