| | If you fancy the outdoors, you won’t be let down; there's whitewater paddling, hiking, and playing golf, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Places like Rifle Falls State Park are nice to stop by, and a great place is Ward Gulch. Loads of fun is at this campground. Some of the water close by flows, like Middle Rifle Creek, and Rifle Gap is right by the Brush Creek Trail.
Colorado has lots of outdoors activities. Having a good time at Rifle Gap is trouble-free. At Rifle Gap you always meet someone from Rifle, and you can take |
a little spree to Rifle Gap Dam while you're here at Rifle Gap. If you're a golfer then a tremendous close by course is Rifle Creek Golf Course, and don't leave Rifle Gap without first going for a hike along the Mansfield Ditch Trail.
If you don’t have a problem getting soaked,
| you can always go whitewater paddling on Colorado River, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Rifle Gap; Last Chance Trail is a good local trail. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Cache Creek Trail. This campground is a wonderful place to have a look at. There's glorious hiking along the Hay Flat Trail; you can run the rapids of White River - South Fork.

in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Rifle Gap.
