Greyrock Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Big Thompson River is a perfect whitewater spot nearby. Pickle Gulch gets very little precipitation; May is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. A
glorious site for whitewater paddling next to Pickle Gulch is Cache La Poudre River, and you can have a nice hiking adventure along the Wintersteen Trail. During the warm months, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Pickle Gulch. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into
the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Pickle Gulch plunge into the 10's.
